How it works

   Initial Studio Profile

   Tell us about your studio, number of Reformers, class formats, instructors, qualifications, equipment, insurance and current operating systems.

2. 02

   Pathway & Level Review

   We identify the appropriate studio pathway and accreditation level, then confirm the evidence required.

3. 03

   Documentation & Evidence

   The studio provides relevant policies, qualification records, maintenance documentation, screening processes and other required evidence.

4. 04

   Accreditation Assessment

   IRPSA reviews the evidence and completes the required audit/assessment process. Where improvements are needed, these are clearly identified.

5. 05

   Accreditation Decision

   Studios meeting the standard receive accreditation and the corresponding IRPSA badge for the approved period.

6. 06

   Maintain & Renew

   Accreditation is maintained through required updates and renewal. Standards are designed to remain active within the studio, not sit in a folder after assessment.
